Phone won't turn on

New ZTE blade on charger 3hrs still won't turn on

Which ZTE Blade phone? I moved this to the Other ZTE Android Phones forum for now, since it was originally in the ZTE Grand X forum.

Let it charge for at least 4 hrs, then press and hold Power for about 20 seconds to see if it turns on.
