Considering coming back to an android phone after a few years with an iphone. Since I like taking photos with my phone, I'm curious if there are any droid apps that take multiple pictures and average them out to create a picture with minimal noise. The iphone has AvgNiteCam and Average Camera Pro. Anything similar?

A lot of camera apps have an HDR setting now, which is probably what you're looking for. Not sure if the stock camera has it or not (the Touchwiz camera does), but there's a lot of apps that offer it if the phone you buy doesn't have it on the native camera.
