Is this low light performance anywhere close to Night Sight?

My phone used to suck at taking pictures at night, to the point that would take 30+ seconds in night mode with awful shutter lag (worse than early 2000s cameras) to take pictures of stuff like the Washington monument at night (had to have a friend take a photo of me and the monument with her iPhone me instead of with my Android phone). If course, a recent security update came to my phone but with a seemingly undocumented camera improvement. Now I can take night photos quicker and with FAR LESS shutter lag. On top of that, the night mode (the culprit for the shutter lag) got sooooo much better. Here are some shots, since I am genuinely impressed. The dimmer one is with no mode enabled, and the brighter is with night mode. My phone is a CAT S41 with a 13MPx camera.

It's decent for THAT phone. But if you want to compare to a Pixel's Night Sight or a Samsung/iPhone camera (which aren't also not as good as Night Sight), then...

Ir's impressive. (You posted the second picture on top of the first one, so it wasn't showing - leave a blank line.)
