Restoring using Titanium Backup
- So my screen cracked big time over the weekend and I have a replacement being delivered tomorrow.
I have never had to do a restore, so I'm very nervous on how to bring everything over so it's all the same on the new device.
I'm rooted and using Titanium Backup, so I have hope that it will do what it's supposed to do, but are there any real-life experience lessons that anyone can share to help the full restore go smoothly?
Thanks in advance!07-09-2012 12:45 PMLike 0 - I suggest uninstalling Titanium Backup and ROM Manager as one of the two (prob Titanium Backup) messed up my Nexus S 4G. Backing up your phone and then restoring can always cause problems so i think you should just start fresh and copy the necessary things over...just my opinion07-20-2012 07:37 PMLike 0

Op, as long as you don't restore system data with TB, only user apps and data, it works great. I flash a lot, use it every time, and it's never let me down.tirith likes this.07-20-2012 10:18 PMLike 1
