What bluetooth audio adapter are you using?

Since I no longer have a headphone adapter, I am looking for a bluetooth audio unit to listen to music and podcasts in my vehicles. What are you guys using that doesn't break the bank?

I didn't consider it breaking the bank, I just replaced the radio in the car with a Kenwood I picked up at Walmart for $119. A lot of bodily contortion, but I didn't consider $119 "break the bank" territory for a better radio and Bluetooth, both for media and for phone calls.

I got a sony media player for the car for £100 from Argos UK. No CD player but DAB radio, USB, Bluetooth and aux.

If cost is a concern wouldn't it be cheaper to just buy another headphone adapter?

Here's the Bluetooth Adapter I installed in my wife's Rav4 in 2013. Never had an issue with it. It's great if you have an aux jack.
