Cases for Pixel 3

Just ordered a SCF case . I use the Google stand for charging at home and work . I'm hoping to make the case work with the magnetic mount I have in the car https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B...ag=hawk-future-20&ascsubtag=UUacUvbUpU6431606 and also the Pixel stand. I really don't want to have to take the case off the phone every time I charge the phone.

I haven't tried since the first day I got my stand but it didn't seem to like the Simply Carbon Fiber case very much. It kept dropping the charge and then starting again. I don't use my stand very much (at home in living room) and haven't used that case recently either. I do like the case but really like minimal cases so lately been using the totalee

I'm able to wirelessly charge on a regular choetech charger with the scf case so it should be fine with the stand.

As @henderjr said . The Pixel stand doesn't like the SCF case . It keeps restarting the charge over and over . I just take the case off to charge with the stand or use the regular charger if I'm in a hurry to get it charged up .

I just got the X-Level Pixel 3 XL case and am really liking it. It's a super thin TPU case. The texture is really nice it sort of feels like the frosted glass on the Pixel 3. Really good fit and finish and minimal logo on the back.

I too ordered one, but I find it WAY too slippery and a bit on the heavy side. I do not like it at all. Do you find it heavy and slippery as well?

I bought my XL off of Craigslist and it came with a "My Case". I agree, it's a bit too big and slippery. Made an already semi-unwieldy phone that much more unwieldy.

Yeah it is VERY slippery. The weight doesn't bother me as much but I do prefer going caseless as I like the feel of the phone without a case.

I got a Spigen Tough Armor for my Pixel 3 and I love it. I'm thinking about picking up a Tech21 case as well

just got my pixel 3 fabric case... and now I am sporting it.... love this case. I just hope it holds up.

I've got the fabric case and a bellroy leather case and think both are great! The leather feels so nice to hold, where as the fabric case has better button feel. Can recommend both.

I have heard nothing but good things about Supcase. I haven't used one of their phone cases but I do have a Supcase Unicorn Beetle Pro case/band for my FitBit blaze and I really like it.

I've bounced between Spigen and UAG but for the Pixel 3 XL, I couldn't swallow the $60 price tag on the UAG.

I decided to go for the Spigen Tough Armor case and its actually my first phone case with a stand....again no complaints with their quality.

I was also looking at the Simply Carbon Fiber case (loved the look of carbon fiber) but it didn't offer the protection I liked and needed from this Spigen case or the UAG (if I went that route).

For $15 on Amazon I can't complain and yes I did the faux carbon fiber wrap on the plastic part of the Spigen case because the plain black look was to "murdered out" for me. I also attached the Scosche metal plate...of course that had to be wrapped to match.

Below are some pics of the Spigen Tough Armor case next to the UAG case I used on my old LG V20 and after I wrapped the Spigen case.

That looks nice. I've got a Spigen Tough Armor case for my Pixel 3. I like the look of the UAG case but don't think it's worth $60. I've thought about getting a Speck Presdio Grip case as well.
