Hi. Wondering if I'm alone here but Google are claiming delays on sending me my keyboard which I pre ordered.
The order status reads:
"Your delivery was delayed. We're working to get it to you soon and will email you when it's on its way."
Despite many conversations with support they tell me they will get back to me to give me more information but don't.
Am I alone here? I don't see what's hard about being honest of the status of the product or shipping it!
