Capture Location missing from Pokemon statistics

Anybody else having this issue? As far as I can tell, it started around the time of the last app update. Anyway, whenever I catch a pokemon, the mini map showing the location it was caught isn't showing anymore. As shown in the screenshot below, the map that usually appears below the date of capture is a blank white box.

Is it only showing for new catches or also for old ones? They're still showing up on mine, but I haven't played in a few days.

Not showing on any of mine. My oldest one is from 7/11/16, which I think is shortly before the app update (I transfer and evolve a lot, so I've lost track).

It's not a showstopper bug. It's not that big of a deal. It's just my OCD kicking in when I see something not working like it's spoda-do.

And it's gone! They're only showing a white rectangle now. So it's a temporary bug? They were showing up 30 minutes ago!

Same thing for me, just shows a blank white box & I'm in the UK.

I read they turned off some features to help with the server load issues they're having. Same thing with the bug where Pokemon are never closer than 3 steps on the "Near by" feature. That feature is currently off or intentionally broken right now.
