Can't load pokemon on my new phone zte grand 3

I just got a new zte grand 3 and I downloaded pokemon go but when it it gets to the log in screen it says my gps cant be found, also it won't log in through either method and just shows the pokeball spinning, I did everything I could for the gps, location is on high accuracy, i turned airplane mode on and off, deleted reinstalled, The pokemon servers seem to be working,but I can't do anything about it at this point and need some major help

I said I did that
