Can't log into account on new phone

Hi I'm asking on behalf of a friend. She has brought a Samsung A10 and cant log into her Pokemon go account that she had on her iphone. She thinks she used her Facebook account to log in but cannot check as she has already factory reset her iPhone.

Any suggestions?

On side note we are hesitant to click new player to try signing in that way as she has already lost one PoGo account that way.
