But he's already circumvented the constitution by word of mouth legislation. And threatened executive order action when congress doesn't agree with his agenda.

Word of mouth legislation? Threats? You'll need to list specific Constitutional law violated not Republican talking points and hysteria if you want to convince anyone. If he really thought he could do whatever he wanted, he'd be doing more, not limiting himself to small ball things.

He has delayed/changed many parts of enforcement of obamacare. It's been reported by everyone, not just fox news. He's not been checked on it so he's seeing how far he can push it. If he isn't held accountable, he will move to bigger things.

LOL! Their position has been meaningless because they block any ideas Obama puts in front of them and nothing gets done. Which is why Congress has such a low rating in eyes of the public. People like GOP Rep Joe Wilson would rather sit and call him a liar. Ted Cruz spends all of his time trying to destroy the ACA. Others still question his birth certificate and whether he's a Muslim. It's time something gets done, rather than wasting tax payers money doing nothing.

He's had to put up with more nonsense than any other president. What other president had a representative stand up at their state of the union address and call them a liar. Have people question his birth certificate. Question his religion. Have Donald Trump offer thousand of dollars to release his college records. People trying to take his name off of states ballots due to his birth certificate. Have a woman running around claiming to have his Kenya birth certificate. Have YouTube videos posted calling him the antichrist. Have website put up telling young people to break the law and not to enroll in the ACA...etc...

From that, I see racism is alive and well in America and America wasn't ready for a black president.

Uh huh. Now prove, legally that any adjustments were unconstitutional. Prove that he has no executive leeway here AT ALL. And then finally prove that he has no legal authority to do any of the very small things he mentioned in Tuesday's speech.

    Good luck with that.

Criticism of his liberal policies has nothing to do with racism. Everything else I posted tells me racism is an issue. Are you honestly trying to tell me you haven't seen any of the racist posters people have make about Obama?

It's circumstantial at best. The same stuff would happen if he were white with red hair and an Irish accent. I'm not with the birther movement, but the only people bringing up the racism card are the people on the left. They always claim that stuff is just "code speech" for not wanting a black President.

If that were the case, Herman Cane never would have made it into the primaries and was a serious candidate until his scandal.

Obama didn't even want to hear about the potential problems or approve legislative fixes, he was content on doing the fixing based on public outcry via executive order (ie...delay mandates, if you like your insurance you can keep it lie, ect).

There is a lot he clearly doesn't have a clue on. I think the majority of Americans were against this and he told them what would calm them down. So yes, I think he bold faced lied. I think he and his party were hell bent on passing his token legislation that they didn't know what the hell to expect or what was in it. They just knew that with Brown winning Kennedy's seat they couldn't have that bill go back to the Senate. The former Speaker clearly stated the bill had to be passed in order to find out what's in it. Something this important shouldn't be half-assed because someone is desperate for a political victory. Any attempt to fix issues with a bill by the house is an assault on his hallmark legislation and is swept immediately under the rug with less consideration then for the 1800 pages of the ACA. The only one who is allowed to fix this bill is the President via EO and even then it's not a fix, its a delay based on when election day hits. Anyone so blind who doesn't see this is a train wreck is just that, blinded by party affiliation. Much like the medicare prescription drug plan by Bush was a joke. At least I can see the faults.

That's where we disagree. If he told a bold faced lie, as you said, something would have leaked out by now from one of his staff members.

Saying you can keep your plan and your doctor and then watching everyone's plans get canceled, to then come in and apologize for the "lie" and leave it up to the states to delay the cancelation of policies by a year says otherwise. Look up "Lie of the year" even the liberal pundits can't polish that turd. Does it matter if you call it a lie or deception? Does deception make it sound more honest for you?

No, deception is just a s bad. No offense, but you just said, "...and then watching everyone's plans get canceled...", when everyone's plan wasn't cancelled? or did I miss something and everyone's plan got cancelled? I am not a 100% Obama supporter. I lean farther to the left. I am more of a Michael Moore democrat.

Everyone with an individual plan not through an employer. None of them met the standards of the ACA (ie....55yr olds were not carrying maternity, they were done having kids, yet the ACA standards force maternity coverage on that woman). That is one if the many standards most individual plans didn't meet, which prompted their removal from the market. If a 55yr old didn't have maternity, it was deemed a substandard policy.

Obviously this law is not ready to be pushed out, but that ship has sailed in the eyes of the left. They don't want to have to answer anymore questions, they clearly don't have the honest answers. They surely won't entertain any suggestions from the other side. So with the GOP controlling the house, the only thing left is EO delays. In their eyes they don't want the grief of the "evil right" touching this law.

And the President has executive privileges. Can you list things that you think the President CAN change under executive privilege? Or do you think that doesn't even exist and that every President has been violating the Constitution since this country's founding?

He has pushed out more "nonsense" than any other President. People made videos about bush, bush 2, Clinton as well. I guess that's racist too then? Why don't people understand its not his skin color that bothers people. It's his policies and governing incompetence that people disagree with.
Why don't people understand that in fact, racism still exist? BEFORE he even took office, the man got more death threats then ANY President-elect before him. He also has had his appointees stalled and blocked in a way that no other President has had. No one questioned Reagan's birthplace, or wanted to see Nixon's birth certificate. Or the two Bush's, or Carter's, or Clinton's, or Ford's...only this one. Hmmmmm, now why do you think that is???

This is the biggest bunch of nonsense in the ACA debate. Every group insurance policy I have ever had did NOT carve out exceptions for different groups other then things like smoking vs. non-smoking when figuring out rates. They didn't decide, hey, you are a gay man so you will never have any pregnancy needs. It was here our are rates, pick your coverage. By the same token they are not giving discounts to women because they will never need viagra. It's GROUP coverage. Sick, well, men, women, children...all thrown into the pool (hence the "pool" term). Why is that concept lost on some people?
