Bad experience getting the Keyone from Rogers

How this all started. On the 15th put a purchase in on chat, for 2 keyone's. I was told great they are in stock. ( transcript). 2 - 4 days you will have them.
16th notified by credit card, they have been charged. Called for email and tracking number. I was told order is in process don't worry they will be there on Wednesday.
On the 19th called, thinking I should have an email if shipped. I was told sorry it will be 10-15 days. Told them, let me talk to a manager. I said cancel the order, I was told they were in stock. She said sorry, ok cancelled. You will get an email. Today no email. I'm afraid that they have not cancelled it.
So know I just don't know. Be careful with Rogers. I will let you know how this goes.

Update: Rogers called and it is cancelled. Sending a check, 5-10 days. Can't put it back on card. Still no email though.
