Has anyone ever used the cell phone insurance from Samsung? I pre ordered the new Fold and added their insurance for now.

Just had a good experience on my s20 ultra. BTW its assurian. Easy process. Sent me a new phone in 24 hours no questions and no trouble. I do not believe it covers theft. I will absolutely be purchasing this with my fold 2.
Waiting does suck indeed. I bought the black and I keep feeling like I should change my order to the bronze.Man waiting. Kills me.
