What is their problem?
They're a budget phone oriented company, so they cut corners wherever they can.
The problem is sometimes they get a little confused and release a budget/midrange phone, like the original RAZR, which had midrange everything, including software support, but charge flagship level pricing for it. It was $1500 USD at launch... substantially more than the ZFlip, but had much lower specs in every department, and lots of quality control issues, so it didn't sell too well. Plus I believe the RAZR and RAZR 5G only got one Android OS update for the $1500 asking price
