What are the rumored specs for the Google Nexus 5?

When is it coming? Is it going to be from one hardware manufacturer or will it be multiple like some people were speculating last year? Sorry I haven't been keeping up with the Nexus 5 rumors. Be it what may, I really hope the pricing stays the same at $299 and $349 this time around also.

Jokes aside, most likely a 5" 1080p screen, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2-4 GB RAM, 12-16 MP camera, and same prices. Probably will be released around the same time of the year as the Nexus 4 and Galaxy Nexus. Hopefully a little earlier to clear out inventory problems for the holidays.
