Qualcomm's blurred out the logo on the phone, but look at the browser at 0:42 -- that's the HTC Sense browser.

As there are no publicly-announced Snapdragon 400 devices, we can probably surmise this is a future HTC Phone. Probably. Supposedly the upcoming "M4" runs a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon of some description, which would fit the bill for the Snapdragon 400.

What's in the video may be in a dummy case though. Remember the M7 (HTC One) dummy casing that appeared pre-launch.

around the :54 and :55 mark when it transitions you can see the blur changes to a more obvious at&t logo that looks out of place as well. http://goo.gl/l7DNv

Yep. I've overlayed a render of the One VX and it's an almost exact match. But that's odd because we know the VX runs a Snapdragon S4, not a Snapdragon 400.
