I don't know if this is the right spot, since its a rumored device on AT&T. If it does come to AT&T, such as BestBuy/AT&T selling it, would you have to do the side loader wonder stuff? Like the Captivate and other phones on AT&T not being able to download apps via Browser. Just curious.

It won't come to AT&T, it'll just be AT&T compatible (more likely made for Canada). AT&T won't sell it, so they won't get their hands on it.

Im hoping BestBuy sells it subsidized. I really wish it had an sd slot or 32gb built in, but its just too awesome a phone to ignore.

It will be AT&T compatable and probably won't be subsidized. And you won't have to worry about that no sideloading nonsense.
