Why are some upcoming phones not listed?

I read some articles that list potential phones but most of the time they are not listed. Nokia 6.2 and 7.2 are coming but no listing.

You mean listed here in the forums? It depends. We don't put in EVERY device because well, some of those forums would never see any posts at all. We generally wait until there are a few threads and some shown interest before creating a forum unless it's something that we know will be of high interest. eg: Samsung Galaxy Sx. If you feel a forum is needed, you can always mention me, PM me or a Mod or make a post in site feedback and I'll get it created for you.

The MotoZ4 was never added to the Moto section even after it came out fwiw.

I'd keep checking the forums - I've seen new phone sub-forums get created quite often over the years.
