new glide owner , cant upgrade to ics 4.0

hi

im using samsung kies and it says im up to date... im running 2.3 android .... they say on there web site i can upgrade to 4.0

but in there program it says my firmware is up todate


ideas???

You are having the same trouble I was having and I know I am cannot upgrade because I am using the "Rogers" version which is a Canadian carrier. If you look on their website they don't say anything to the effect of upgrading the firmware to ISC. I don't know how to overcome this yet, if anybody has any ideas that would be awesome
