YouTube Help Needed!

Help!

When I visit YouTube, the videos play fine, but when I post them to a chatroom I frequent, when I click on the YouTube link, all I get is a square box, no other info. Nothing plays.

On my former Chromebook (I just broke it) I'd never had any problems playing the YouTube videos that were posted to that chatroom.

What should I start looking at? My Adobe Flash player is up to date, anything else?

Mine is a Chromebook 3: Version 67.0.3396.26 (Official Build) beta (64-bit)

Look for the link to the video (the address you'd see in the address bar if you were using a web browser). Post that address. (Many sites link to any address, so you get "Android Central" for this site, but you get a video from a YouTube link.)

I always post the correct link. It was working just fine on my broken Chromebook, 4 days ago. Bought a new Chromebook and the big thumbnail shows up just fine, but only a popup shows up and it won't play at all.
