Face unlock missing on Samsung A3, how can I get it?

Face unlock missing on Samsung A3

I bought an SM-A300FU from EE UK recently and I can't find face unlock. I've enabled the trust agent and I can see the smart unlock menu now, but everything except trusted face is in the smart unlock menu. I can only see trusted voice, on body detection, trusted devices and trusted places.

Ask EE whether they can explain it or help.
