How do I stop my a3 samsung optimising apps. Has been stuck on this for 5 hours

My a3 samsung has been optimising apps for the past 5 hours. It keeps rebooting. How can I stop this

Welcome.
Try this: Hold the power button for 15 seconds or so and see if it will reboot correctly.
Not sure why that is occuring.
