I need you to do me a favor to help with me with my Samsung Galaxy A5 screen

Heres the thing. Im pretty ocd about my tech so. I noticed that if I press down my A5 screen it moves down a little. Like pushing it down. And I can see it mostly right where the screen ends and the metal frame starts, near the volume rocker. If you have an A5, could you press down your screen carefully? Id like to know if all the A5s are built like this or if its only mine.

Hi, it sounds like you have a defected device. My work colleague actually has an A5, she just tried it and the screen didn't move. Plus I'm sure we would have heard a lot more about this issue if the screen was moving when pressure were applied to it.

Oh thats and awful thing to hear. In that case. Do you think that warranty will cover this up? I just bought this phone and has a limited 1 year warranty

Hi, yes the warranty should cover the repair as long as Samsung don't think you have caused the issue. Contact them and see what they say. Good luck
