Welcome to Android Central! There are several possibilities, including a rogue app, poor cell signal, and corrupt files on the SD card. To get a better idea, charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

    1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
    2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which shows Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
    3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
    4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

If you can't find Awake Time or Cell Signal Strength, then consider installing a 3rd party battery app like GSam Battery Monitor.

    Here's how to post screenshots:

By the way, your English is fine!

Hmm, nothing too unusual there. Cell signal looks good, and there aren't any apps that stand out when it comes to battery usage.

Do you have an SD card inserted? If so, go to Settings>Storage, tap Unmount SD, then remove the card, and see if the overheating stops. If it does stop, then insert the card into your computer and run chkdsk to look for bad sectors: http://forums.androidcentral.com/amb...d-sd-card.html

See if this happens in Safe Mode, which temporarily disables 3rd party apps that you installed: How do I use Safe Mode on my Galaxy A5?

If it still overheats, then try wiping the system cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: How-to: Samsung Galaxy A5: Clear App Cache / Data; Wipe Cache Partition; Reboot in Safe Mode

In Safe Mode nothing happened, then I wiped the system cache and the phone is now discharging in a more normal time and the battery is a little less hot. Now I wait a bit to see if the battery temperature goes normal...
The wifi still not working, here is a video:

Are you only having wi-fi connection problems at home, or does it also happen on other wi-fi networks?

The problem is not in the network but is in the phone, the wifi doesn't activate as shown in the video, and the same happens to bluetooth.
I have another problem now, when it's charging, with the original charger, the battery goes over 110°F and it's charging very slowly
The phone still discharging too fast...

Sorry, I typed that response without watching the video first--rookie mistake!

At this point, it may be worth reinstalling the firmware, which you should be able to do with Samsung Smart Switch.

Nothing changed reinstalling the firmware with Smart Switch... Wifi still not working, Bluetooth still not working, Battery's overheating, discharging so fast and charging slowly...

Ugh. In that case, I'm thinking a hardware defect. Bring it back to the store where you got it to see if they'll exchange it easily. If not, contact Samsung, since it should still be under warranty.

I have an LG G3 with Lollipop 5.0.1 I am having the exact same issues as the fellow Droid lovers. My phone will be performing normal then out of nowhere the phone will start to heat up the battery life will decrease significantly and the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth will not work anymore. I have not downloaded any new apps, I clear my cache regularly and I don't do anything that would involve me getting a virus.

Does anyone have any solutions to this problem yet. I am willing to Root the device if necessary I don't want to buy a new phone please let us know if anyone has found a solution.

This seemed to work for me, not sure if it will help you. My wifi would not turn back on after disabling it and the phone would use the battery quickly.

I ended up restarting the phone, it would crash during restart so I had to hold the power button for quite a long time (minutes) before it powered down.

I booted into safe mode (when the a5 logo comes up when rebooting I held the volume down button until it booted).

In safe mode I enabled and disabled the wifi several times and it seemed to always work.

I then restarted the phone and booted normally. The wifi could now be turned on and off reliably.

I'll keep testing, so far it has worked for over 5 hours...
