    Hi we have 2 A5 2017's in the house. One updates and is currently on February's security update the other is stuck on November 2018. They are exactly the same phone's. Why won't one update? Also the one that won't has been unlocked from O2 the other is still on O2.

    Welcome to Android Central! So you got both directly from O2? Is the one that's been unlocked now being used on a different network? Carrier-specific phones typically have to be on that original network in order to receive the official over-the-air system update.

    Hi And thanks for your reply. The unlocked phone is back on O2. It was on id network for a while.

    Hmm, I wonder if that has anything to do with it. Have you asked O2 about it? Maybe there's something on the server side that has to be updated to recognize the phone as being back on O2.
