I don't speak that language...lol

What firmware do you have installed on your phone at the moment ?

Does that firmware correspond to the firmware from country you live?

Find that out by visiting "Sammobile" firmware archives.

After that I advise you to uninstall "Kies" and download a fresh copy from " Samsung official website "
Corresponding to the country you live. (Ex: samsung.co.uk) .

Than I'm convinced that your problem will be solved.

If not than just download the latest firmware for your device from Sammobile and flash it with "Odin"

Hope this can help you.

Judging by the picture you posted
That version of Kies is outdated and maybe unofficial.
1-Uninstall your KIES console from your pc.
2- visit your national Samsung website or the official Samsung website and scroll to downloads.
And download a fresh copy of Kies from there.
Than just follow the instructions to install your updates.
Important:
Make shore you let your computer install the Samsung drivers.

Note:
Your phone is famous for freezing during updates.
If that happens. than just restart the process and very likely will work at the second atempt.
But sometimes the phone is just being slow updating.
Be patient doing it.

Best luck for you.
