Help!!! I need my phone, freaking out!!

Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh god.......Okay, so I own a Samsung Galaxy Ace x-2 (GT-S7560M) and it was stolen this morning. Thankfully I got it back... BUT I'M LOCKED OUT! I don't remember my google account details, and I can't for the life of me remember my back-up pin.. AHH!! PLEASE HELP, I NEEEEEEED MY PHONE TT-TT I don't care if I lose all of my data, I NEED to be able to use my phone! THIS CAN'T BE HAPPENING!! Anyone, any help would be VERY much appreciated..

There is a few recovery programs available out there but they have to be installed and active prior to this happening. Otherwise the only way to get around the pin locked device is a factory reset when you boot into your recovery.

I'm going to have to, I suppose.. The problem is, I can't get it to go into recovery mode.. I get the GT-S7650M screen, then black screen and it vibrates over and over.. Low battery as well, maybe? Oh god, I hope it's not toast..
