My Samsung Alpha is showing the wrong time, how can I fix this?

Samsung Alpha showing wrong time

My Samsung Galaxy Alpha is showing the wrong time for my city (Brisbane). Regardless of whether I select auto time update, it shows Brisbane as being GMT +10 instead of GMT +9. Any idea as how to fix this, apart from pretending I'm in Tokyo as I'm currently doing?

Welcome to Android Central! Does it actually list Brisbane as "Brisbane GMT+10"? If so, it sounds like an error with Samsung's timezone database (or whatever database they use). Try contacting Samsung support.

A week ago I have the same problem,. I think there is a relationship between this enabled wifi and the problem of time, because after disconnecting from wifi and off the phone for a few minutes shows the correct time.
Support samsung answered me it's a problem of google and not the phone, no solution yet ..
