Bought Galaxy Beam 2 but all defaults set to Chinese

Hello and thanks for looking, Just bought a new Galaxy Beam 2 and I am in the UK..but unfortunately all the phones defaults are Chinese...Ie search engine etc etc..I cant access google play store or get aps, when I open browser I get a Chinese search engine...

Is there any way I can upload a new version og android software so it behaves like a uk phone?

When trying to open goole play etc I get message com.googleprocess gapps has stopped working

Help please??? thank you

Welcome to Android Central! The phone has a Chinese ROM, and was meant to be sold and used in China. It is probably also incompatible with Google Play. In order to install an English language ROM, you'd have to find one that was specifically designed for that model (and you'd have to root the phone to install it).
