My phone is super laggy and it won't download anything. Please help.

I just downloaded the latest update to my Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, and the phone is very laggy and it won't download anything onto it. Before the update it was working perfectly fine.

Try a Cache Partition wipe, good practice after a system update.
