Galaxy Grand - menu and back button are unresponsive for samsung galaxy grand GT-I9082

Ive got a samsung galaxy grand GT-I9082 and the menu and back button are unresponsive ive tried reseting it back to factory settings but they are stil not working they light up but dont respond can anyone help me ?

Solution : - Download back button from play store and enable services Accessibility setting
