Samsung J76 keep on "App Optimizing 1 of xx"

System Reboot is not applicable on my phone. I've tried doing holding the power key and volume ups and down with the home key but still not working. The brand name does not appear also and the word welcome only appears followed by "app optimizing" .. when it is done in starting apps and pressing home key, the screen appears black instead of displaying the home screen content.. can someone help me please?

Welcome to Android Central! The bootscreen doesn't show the Samsung logo? I'd wonder if it's a clone or knockoff, then. Are you able to get to the Settings>About Phone​ menu to see what the exact model number is?
