Pictures on J2 Prime became corrupted after taking pictures

My mom and sister went to a photoshoot for a certain competion then my Mom captured photos with her new J2 Prime (just bought 2 weeks ago). She checked all the photos a few hours then it suddenly almost all of the pictures she took are corrupted. I don't know if corrupted is the right term but it suddenly became grey colored with no traces of images before. Please help me fix it. The pictures are extremely important to us. Please look at the screenshots below.
