Samsung, wisely for once, doesn't implement adoptable storage, so all you can do is put in an SD card to use for storing files. ("Moving apps" to the SD card [you aren't, you're moving small pieces, and leaving links to them, so you don't really save much internal space] is a bad idea, because if the code that keeps the current state saved gets moved to the card, the app could be writing to the card constantly, ruining it in relatively a short time.) (Relatively - I still have 32MB storage that works, when that was considered a huge amount.)
