Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom photo import problems
Hello,
has anyone managed to import pictures from Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom with Picasa or any other software that automatically sorts the photos from your camera according to the date stamps? Right now Picasa cannot find any photos at all. Neither can windows. No matter what the mode, camera or disk. It just tells me no pictures. I can find the photos on the phone and copy/paste them and manually sort them out. I have tried this with 6 different laptops at home and at work. Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. They find pictures on regular cameras easily and import them accordingly. But on this particular one, nothing happens. And when I finally have the photos in one folder, Windows thinks they are music. So it is impossible to sort them by time picture taken when that is not an option, only duration and artist etc. What have you done? How have you imported your photos to your laptops?
