Hi, my wife has a sprint Samsung mega 6.3 and she's not getting any phone calls. All her settings are correct and I've contacted sprint and even done a hard reset and still not receiving calls. We have a airave as well. Don't know if it would be causing any issues with her phone as well. Any suggestions would be great.

Do you have an option in Settings to update profile and PRL in Settings? It should be under System update. Try that.

Haven't tried that. Thanks for information. Sorry I didn't respond sooner. Been at hospital with my dad.
