Samsung Galaxy Mega wont make or receive calls.

I have a Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 for AT&T. Everything works except the phone calls. It will send and receive texts. But I get nothing when trying to make and receive calls.

When you try to make a call does it just say dialing...... and not connected or anything else?

I have a Samsung Mega 6.3. The phone says "dialing.." but doesn't call. The phone does not get incoming calls either. Everything else seems to be fine.

Yes when I make a call it will show failing and not connected
