Screen Mirroring

I'm having trouble with this, and wondering if anyone can help. I have a Samsung Smart TV (UN75ES9000FXZA), and the galaxy tab 10.1 (obviously). I enable screen mirroring, but the TV is not found. Both are on the same network, but nothing. Any ideas? I think my TV is compatible...

Any guidance would be great.

Did you also enable it on the TV?
PS: I use a Samsung BD player for the mirroring, but I guess in this sense they should be the same

Valid question. From what I can tell, I'm supposed to go under Allshare casting. The only thing under there is a list of connected devices (and the tablet is there). Was there a separate screen mirroring option on the BD player? maybe that's it, and my TV doesn't have that option.

Ok, after digging around the samsung forums, I found that my TV apparently doesn't do screen mirroring....argh. I can get the evolution kit, but that still won't provide screen mirroring....how dumb....oh well.

Or if you really want it, grab the all-share cast hub and attach it to the TV.

Or buy a MUCH CHEAPER MHL cable.
