Two days ago my note stopped switching on, it gets to the first screen the one that says 'Samsung galaxy note 10.1' and then stopped. If you leave it it just stays at this point until it runs our of power. I have tried holding down the power and power up/down button. I can get to the download screen (critical OS one) but nothing else. This morning it has decided not to switch of which it was doing yesterday (just displaying the same screen), can anyone help me get my tablet to work again?
