How to remove this slide to unlock screen in samsung galaxy note 10.1?

Since few days ago, whenever I press on the home button to use my tablet (Samsung galaxy note 10.1) noticed a new screen that covering the locked screen that usually needs to insert the password to unlock,
this is a new layer that I have to slide to unlock, then insert the password the usual screen lock,
I never downloaded such app or any, what is the wrong this annoying? and how to rid off this garbage away?

any quick reply to solve this problem will highly appreciated, with many thanks in advance,

you must have installed a third party free software,like mobogenie e.t.c,so go to your settings and find permissions in there you might find a permission regarding your lock screen dont allow any non-samsung apps access to it,and that should do it,lemme know if that did the trick.ciao

Definitely something you installed but if you are getting all of those pop up ads, something may have installed itself as a system app so you *may* need to flash clean firmware to the device. It could be connected with your browser so clear the browser cache first.
