WiFi will not turn on, no networks listed.

My WiFi connection worked yesterday, now it doesn't.
When you try to turn it on the button stays gray and the other side says "turning on"....but never does.
Bluetooth works fine.

I factory reset the tablet...and still no WiFi....noticed there is no IP address listed for device.

Does it show a mac Address? Settings, about device,status

Wifi will not turn on after factory reset indicates it's dead. Repair is impossible as it has many components. Your only option is looking for another used mainboard or a tablet with broken LCD.
Wifi and bluetooth have separate components so they are not related and rarely fail at the same time.

It's LTE model but you can use with Wifi only, however, the rear camera of Wifi will not work on LTE mainboard even thought they look exactly the same.
