Note keeps disconnecting from the Internet

My Galaxy Note 10.1 keeps disconnecting from the Internet. The WiFi icon shows that WiFi is still connecting to the Router but the Skype app, that I have open 24/7 shows a disconnection. I try the web with Google Chrome and no connection. Several seconds/minutes later it is all back, for several seconds/minutes. The main computer does not disconnect at all.

Sometimes when I use ‘Samsung Link’, on the Tablet, to show a video on my Smart TV, via Wifi, it will play for a short while and then disconnect from TV and then not find any connection to the TV.

I’m not sure if it is a WiFi problem or just a Tablet problem.

Is there an app or a procedure that may show me what is wrong?

Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or only your home network?
