learning hub store problem

Hi, I wonder if anyone can help.
I have registered my account as UK, and downloaded a lecture and a couple of books, which I have looked at. The next time I went to the hub it asked me to state which store to go to. I accidentally registered Egypt. Now I am unable to change the store, and the hub will not allow me to look at my previous downloads, saying that I need to match the store to my registered country of origin. However, it won't let me change it.
I hope someone has some ideas, or is able to advise me of how to get hold of the Hub service line. Thanks.
