    Is it possible to make phone calls over WiFi with Google voice? When itty it calls my cell phone to make the call. I canned texts from Google voice just shout I would be able to do voip as well

    Google voice uses your cellular connection, you just don't see it. It requires voice service to call, only voicemail and text can occur over data connections

    Yes you can, but you have to use a separate app called groove ip. Use it all the time.
