Pop up dock arrangment

Hello,
I just got a nice shiny Note 10.1 I was waiting for the Verizon version but theres no mention when I searched other then it would be released during the on of January which is wasn't.
That said I've read the little Start Guide that came with the device but I cant figure out how to add delete shortcuts in the dock at the bottom of the screen.
Now I am talking about the pop up dock that you can call up when you tap on the little arrow at the bottom.
I'm not sure what else to call it so if someone can tell me what its called maybe I can find further questions if I have any in the Google search.

Found my answer its the multi window app's.
Sorry I don't see any delete option.
If a moderator could delete this I'd appreciated it.
