If you mean to install to the sd card, it won't happen on the note, or any other Android os unless you root and install a new rom that includes the capability.

Google removed the ability after the gingerbread os if I remember correctly. Even using aftermarket apps like app2sd will not work.

It's not wrong to fondle the s pen.
