Play Store Crash

Hello Androidcentral!..
I am a new member here and I badly need help..
The problem is my playstore, there was a huge huggaphugga with it...
What happened was it got deleted by mistake, so I installed other versions, but it crashed as well, then I factory reset as well...
Well, I was sad my apps were gone but I needed play store to download them...as it was crashing, I searched for fixes and ended up here, and saw that to make it work I got to enable some download manager, so i went up to find it in applications manager..
Found it, then saw it was enabled already so I disabled it and enabled it again...
Well, it didn't help either..
Now I need your advice guys..

I know this is reposting...but I badly need help to download Play Store apps cause I cannot download ANY apps....not even from the outside(free apps only)..

Clear data and cache on the Play Store app in the All applications menu.
