Customizing Notification Panel is not available after upgrading to Android Jelly Bean (4.2.1)

Hi
I have Galaxy S3 and Note II, Now I got a Galaxy Note 10.1 (GT-N8000) a gift.It was Android 4.0.1.
In my new Note 10.1, I went to 'Software Update' > 'Select UK' and upgrading to Android 4.2.1. But now I couldn't customize 'notification buttons' in 'Display Settings' same as Note II and S3.
Is it not available in Galaxy Note 10.1 or something goes wrong?
