Good Morning Everyone,

I'm in need of big time help. My 5 yo grandson thought he should clean the screen of his Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 by holding it under running water.
When I tried to turn it on it wouldn't go further than the Samsung screen. Now it does nothing. I don't see any water under the screen. What should I do?

Cee

Turning it on may have damaged it further. As of now you should put it in a bowl of uncooked rice for a few days to see if that helps.

Never turn on a device that is wet. The rice is great for removing the moisture on the inside of it, but it isn't guaranteed to work since the device was turned on.

Right. I figured since it was already turned on, this would be a long shot.
