How to start blank Note template in S NOTE? W/o the Subject/Date?

In SNOTE I was able to press new page on bottom and then open a blank Note template w/o the Subject/Date on top. I can't seem to get that button out anymore after I create a new page.... For some reason I can't seem to access that anymore, it just gives me a entire new page with the Subject and Date on top. Maybe I pressed a setting by accident that switched it? I am fine if the first NOTE has a subject/date, but afterwards I am not. Thanks
How do I create one w/ just a blank page again? Thanks!

I know you can cut the box out, but I want to start one w/o the box.
